The studio has an interesting collection of all ages and genders, with the oldest into their 80’s. All are positive thinking individuals who come ready to learn, progress, and in many cases heal. They bring their challenges with optimism and continue to challenge my years of expertise.
As we age, we often tell ourselves that we can not do certain exercises because we are getting older. Turning off negative dialog in your brain will help you relax. Allowing your body to flow through Pilates exercises will help you attain your body’s potential.

Pilates mat exercises will teach you simple moves that you can do at home. Even 10 minutes per day will help you connect with your body, calm your mind and tone all the basic muscle groups so they stay toned.
Pilates Reformer exercises allows you to lay down and exercise on a machine that adds resistance and increases your strength.
Give yourself a chance to regain some strength, stamina and agility. At Synergy Pilates the classes are small and you will be watched carefully to make sure you do not hurt yourself. You will be coached to have correct form and then encouraged to try pushing your body a little more when you are ready to do so. You will be put into a small Pilates class that is the right level for you. Or, if you prefer you can start with a private class that addresses your physical challenges.
