The studio has an interesting collection of all ages and genders, with the oldest into their 80’s. All are positive thinking individuals who come ready to learn, progress, and in many cases heal. They bring their challenges with optimism and continue to challenge my years of expertise.
Pilates core exercises can be challenging to master for the beginner or anyone who has had back problems. It is important to have an experienced Pilates Instructor watch you closely and catch any mistakes you are doing. Core exercises can be done the wrong way and you can damage your lower back even further, so please be careful .
At Synergy Staying Fit Pilates we have recently incorporated more equipment into our floor exercises. The balance exercises using the balance disc has helped everyone and the beauty of this small piece of equipment is that it is cheap to buy and easy to use at home on a daily basis.
