The studio has an interesting collection of all ages and genders, with the oldest into their 80’s. All are positive thinking individuals who come ready to learn, progress, and in many cases heal. They bring their challenges with optimism and continue to challenge my years of expertise.

If you are over 40 years or rebounding from an injury I always recommend a person start slowly to build strength and flexibility without injuring themselves. I always suggest a person start with 1 Pilates class per week. If after 1 session of 8 to 10 weeks their body responds favorably, then they can include a second class per week. Some people wait 1 year before doubling up on classes. You will know when the time is best.
Some people chose to stay with 1 Pilates class per week. Those individuals often do other complimentary activities like swimming, walking, yoga etc. on a regular basis. I believe mixing up different activities. People tend not to become bored and stay with an active life style. Ultimately this is what you and your body needs.
