The studio has an interesting collection of all ages and genders, with the oldest into their 80’s. All are positive thinking individuals who come ready to learn, progress, and in many cases heal. They bring their challenges with optimism and continue to challenge my years of expertise.

Try another approach. Do the work before the holidays and then allow yourself the gift to party and enjoy the holiday foods and drinks for a short period. I usually recommend 1 week. Go back to your normal routine on a preset date and promise yourself to stick to the pledge. Chances are you will be successful after enjoying the party week because you were successful leading up to Christmas and will want to get back on track. You don’t need to be sitting depressed the beginning of January thinking “I have to lose this weight. I feel bloated….” .
